Fire Cracker Cakes!

Do you remember those delicious popsicles that look like fireworks? Some are just called Fire Crackers, others are called Bomb Pops. Anyway, I was playing around the other day with a white cake recipe and came up with what I call Fire Cracker Cakes!



These turned out really cute and yummy! I just split the cake batter up in three little bowls and carefully dropped blue and red food coloring in two of them. I then layered the colors on top of each other. I swirled some to make a really fun tie dye effect.



I topped the cupcakes with a simple buttercream and a dot. :) I love dots. Some people think they are gross but I think they are oh so chewy and delicious.



I was going to do a glaze for the bundt cakes and it probably would have looked cuter but I was too lazy to make another frosting.
