Sweet Expiriments

Ok, I am not brave enough to post this recipe yet but these are my new concoctions. I have never really expirimented too much with my own recipes before so I want to perfect it before I let anyone else try it.

This cookie has a very cakie texture but is also super moist. Half of the batter I made simple cookes but the other half I went kinda crazy. I wanted my cookies to be perfect circles (I am kind of a perfectionist) so I threw some of the batter into muffin pans and some into ramikens. I also decided to do a few mix ins. I threw some cream cheese swirls in some (as you can see below), some white chocolate chips in some, and also topped a few with dark chocolate (Dustin preferred the chocolate ones).

As soon as they came out of the oven I popped them out of pans and realized that I was kind of an idiot. If they are in muffin tins they aren't going to cook like cookies, they will turn out like muffins! Duh! However, even though they looked kind of funny they sure did taste good! I think I will call them my

Strawberries 'n' cream cookies.



Strawberry cookie topped cream cheese frosting, fresh strawberry, and dusting of powdered sugar.
