Apple Cinnamon Muffins

In light of the fall season I made apple cinnamon muffins. I used a recipe from my favorite baker ever, Marcy Goldman. These were very moist and full of fally flavor. Since I live in California and don't really get to see fall I will just have to eat it instead. :)
