Strawberry Chocolate Truffle Tart

I have become a chocoholic!!

I don't know what it is but lately I have been craving chocolate!!   So when I had the opportunity to have some friends over for dinner I took advantage and made this Chocolate Truffle Tart I found on one of my favorite food blogs.  Now, I can't take credit for these pictures being that they are the pictures from the blog I stole the recipe from.   Unfortunately I didn't have my camera handy when I served this up after dinner.   Mine looked similar except for I don't have a tart pan so I had to use a pie plate.  Definitely not as fancy.   I did do the strawberries and drizzle of chocolate as well as a dusting of powdered sugar.  It was like you were biting into the creamy goodness of a truffle.   Chocolate craving satisfied... until tomorrow night... :)
